Breakfast, which is excellent, is takeout only but you can sit and eat in the outdoor patio area until 1045 am. Lunch and dinner share the same menu and, with reservations not currently being taken, check-in is at the front door reception table. Staff all wear masks and masks are required for all guests. Menus are paper and discarded after use. Outdoor tables are socially distanced and customers waiting for tables must wait at the corner or be texted when their table is ready. Overall the restaurant is doing an excellent job with COVID-19 protocols in my experience.

Yes, I saw a few people with dogs outside. But there's a lot of pedestrian and vehicle traffic.

If you google the restaurant, you can view the hours of operation by day of the week. This restaurant does show that they are opened on Mondays for lunch.

I think one could call it brunch. They open at 11 if I recall. I expected it to be more of a café than it is.
