Very helpful staff. I wish I knew the lady's name in the passport office but I don't. She was so helpful and patient and guided me very patiently while I asked so many questions. She was in window 2 today July 14. She was simply amazing. Also the security guard was very helpful and nice.

This place is an absolute a waste of space in this town! Went in to get our passport and was greeted with two different t people at the window, the first didn’t want to do anything so he pushed us off to the window down to another employee that was bothered by us standing at her window requiring her to do her job. The interaction continues with us being told contrary information than they have on there website then rejected our kids passport application due to one number (8) having looked like it had been corrected since the ink was to bold. We are then sent back out to refill out the paper work for a second time just because something looked like a mistake. This is a prime example of a place that should be dissolved and made into and online transaction that would save residents time, money and frustrations with people and places that are 1. Not willing to just do their jobs without the attitude and 2. Can be streamlined in order to actually be an effective and efficient make the same transactions. This is just my honest opinion of this place from my experience today.

Reschedule at courthouse
Yes you can file in Apopka, and it will only be the summons. The writ of possession and the final Judgement information has to be done downtown.
Which licenses? Driver licenses, vehicle registrations, etc are handled at the track collectors various branches. Clerk handles court payments, passports (post office do these as well), and things of that nature.
When you say judge.. nope... you have to appear before a judge. That's when you go downtown Orlando and apply for it, then present your case.I recently had problems, and went to the same place, then had to go downtown.I hope it saves you time...I talked to 2 other attorneys that told me the same.
