I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese for the first time in years. It was the BEST burger I have had at any restaurant ever! The quality and freshness was amazing! I worked for McDonald's for 2 years as a teenager and have had their food on a frequent basis. Was shocked it was that good!

You have to purchase something before you can use the restroom. Closed one of the drive thru lanes when lobby got busy. Looked in the back and employees were moving like turtles. Employee from cash register was showing a cook something on her cellphone.

Was at McDonalds this afternoon around 1 p.m. and was probably the worst experience ive ever had at an McDonalds location ever!!!! First off, it took forever for someone to take my order and I had to say 'hello' multiple times. my order was taken by a very rude manger and by no surprise, was wrong. I pulled up to the window to receive my food and I saw the woman who I believe took my order on her PHONE as I waited a long time for my order. I didn't even get my full order in because I felt rushed by her saying "anything else" after every item I ordered. I wish I got her name so I could call to complain about her but she did not have a name tag on. She seemed to be a manager becausse of the shirt she was wearing and she looked hispanic and possibly pregnant. Will never return to this location and I was a regular customer at this location!!!!!

I would give no stars if I could. Immediately coming to the order screen, they didn't greet me at all! 5 seconds of sitting there, "go ahead with your order".. okay no big deal. I get to the window to redeem rewards, And instead of scanning my phone, the cashier took my phone through the window and out of my sight! Absolutely unexcusable. The cashier had my phone for a good 5 minutes before giving it back.. that alone I will never return to this location again. When I got to the second window, there was a gentleman speaking Spanish so I had no idea what he was saying, who didn't even say hi or acknowledge that I was there! Handed all of my food out, I said have a good day and he slammed the drive-thru window. This was an extraordinarily awful visit, and solidification that I would never go here again! Upon inspecting my order after getting home, the large fry I had ordered was filled up to that of a medium size, And I did not receive the double quarter that I had ordered, It was a regular quarter pounder. At that point I wiped my hands of all of their unprofessionalism, It wasn't even worth going back. This has happened several times at this location with incorrect orders. The employees at this location are extremely disrespectful and seem to have very little customer service etiquette.
