This was my second time here. We went for an event and ordered from the app. It was really busy so the anticipated times were skewed but understandable. It's a historic location and I had no idea. Interior is pretty cool. We got sandwiches and both liked them. Musica Del Lago is a cool event on Thursdays during the summer...check it out! Free parking across the street....the lot fills quickly and I got a ticket. Usually starts 600p... people get there early to secure seating. A lot of people bring chairs and picnic ... If you do order from the app at this location when going in the door that faces the lake - go to the back corner opposite the door for pick up.

The atmosphere and location was absolutely amazing! However, I wasn’t super impressed with the taste of my Windy-Chi. I would still recommend trying the coffee shop. I would definitely try it again with a coffee and see if I like that better too.

On my trip, I went here every day!! The black currant orange scone was mind blowing. I got their caramel latte with lavender in it. Soo good!

Very cool building with history with a perfect location across from the lake. Tons of outdoor seating & multilevel seating inside. Daily freshed baked goods & delicious coffee. Had the dark chocolate frappe & hot coco this time. Hadn't been …

Yes and they've added a few tables back in on the front landing.
Hmmm you must not have had your coffee yet, because I always have friendly greetings at this establishment. Unless you are one of those people from the 50s who need the exact phrase "Thank you, and you are welcome" to be satisfied.
There are two large restrooms that nearly everyone would consider a "family bathroom". Both have changing tables, soap, and hot and cold running water that may be controlled manually and separately. The building is also a landmark, that you should find quite interesting.
Hi Claudio, I found this description on their website: "Our name was inspired by the artful and funky buses used for public transportation across Latin America, “colectivos” (co-lec-TEE-vo), and the iconic part of everyday life they represent." Definitely yes you are right
There is a small parking lot outside and there is another parking lot right across the street at McKinley Marina.
