BEWARE, I wish I had a better review for MCR Health but it is true these guys are very disorganized and incompetent.. This was a disaster. Complete waste of time. i waited over four months for a shoe insert that I paid for upfront for, and several other hundreds for office visits to no avail. I am currently now trying to get a refund for my money, but the time I wasted for this complete failure will never be satisfied. BEWARE

Drove my husband to his appointment for the general surgeon only to hear that he was running late and waited another hour for him to come see my husband all because their computers where supposedly down then he finally comes in just to rip the bandage off my husband and that was the whole appointment. Kinda ridiculous to me.

This place is a joke. All the copy and paste responses with their empty apologies and how they value the patients etc. They called me to remind me about my appointment 3 separate times. I get there for my appointment where they decide to tell me it was canceled and that they tried to call me. Blatant lies because you just called me the day before to remind me of my appointment! I drive an hour and half out of my way because i need my meds after you confirm the day prior i have an appointment and you lie to my face and then have the audacity to try and blame it on me and my phone? So now im without meds which i need. And i wasted a day i could have been at work. Plus the 3 hours there and back. Wasted time and money all around. I think the reviews are a good indicator of the problem here and its not me. Ill be calling and complaining to anyone that has to do with this place to make sure there is some type of accountability. After that im contacting Better Call Behnken.
