Tracy is amazing!! she was very informative on the benefits that pilates can have on my back! (I have scoliosis and I was a bit nervous starting out) and she made sure I was doing okay throughout the class, the class itself is perfect, I got a full body workout! the environment is very welcoming and relaxing too, can’t wait for my next class! 🤍

Love this place. Only environment I've ever felt comfortable in exercising with others. Low impact but FULL body workout complete with the good muscle soreness!
