They sold me stuff with a lower thc content than what they had listed. I called and Dave told me to come back in to do an exchange. Then when I got there Dave wouldn’t do the exchange. So not only did Dave pull a bait and switch, he lied and made me waste my time to drive all the way back there. Dave is a real D bag. This place used to be decent and now it’s just like trulieve. Lying and cheating is what the staff here are about. Real Scumbags

I haven’t smoked anything like that since before puberty when I used to get it from Twon at the corner of pine hills and mercy drive. This has been my primary dispensary for quite some time. I’ve recently made a purchase that ended up being faulty/ did not work, and the customer service fell completely flat. They not only showed no care, but then tried to sell me more merchandise. When I first started coming here, everything was great. Since then, the quality of the products and customer service has really gone downhill. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere from now on.
