They will say anything to get you to fill out a credit application and then what you sign will be different than what they said it will be and since it was a financing company and that company sent the contract directly to you they remove themselves from all liability and you get stuck with financing that was not at all what they had said and since it is all hearsay now and just to get out of there after a long day of being there waiting for pricing and them finding missing paperwork for the first trailer I was going to purchase, I mistakenly thought they were trustworthy and just signed the contract without going through everything. Now they just say all sales are final and will not take the trailer back. So don't trust anything that they say. I understand I should have read the contract but they are just shady salespeople that will say anything to get a sale. So buyer beware

I purchased a brand new big tex trailer 20 foot long at Right trailers Inc. at Lakeland florida location, and I also bought a spare tire for it. It was a very unpleasant experience and the worst decision to go there. Once I got back home to Miami with the trailer, I realized that my spare tire was completely different from the four i had in the unit. It was a different brand. I bought the spare with the idea of rotating all my 5 tires so all tires in my trailer would be absolutely equal, but it won't be possible. I called them and told them that I was not satisfied and all I received in return was rude people, one guy even asked me if he twisted my arm to buy the trailer. Very unprofessional. I am very upset and wish I had gone to another dealer. I recomend no one to buy from them. Customer satisfaction is horrible. They dont appreciate customers.

Hey Steve! The smallest utility trailer we have in stock is going to be a PJ 5x10 Utility Trailer. Instead of a wire mesh through out the only wire mesh is the heavy duty ramp and the rest of the trailer is constructed from steel with a pressure treated wood deck. Way to much. I can tell you they charged me 874.00 for an axle and two wheels/tires. I basically bought my trailer back. But I was in a bad place being out of town.
That sounds like a question you should have asked before you left the office. That's not really a question suitable for a Google answer. I'm sure if you call right trailers during business hours you will get your answer much quicker.
What bothers me is the fact that I purchased a 6x10 Karajan trailer from Sams and everything I needed including title and certificate of origination was in hand when I left the store. I was able to go to the DMV and get my trailer license the next day. Now I am looking for a 5x8 with 2 ft. Mesh sides or even an enclosed trailer and not sure I want to go 3 hours away for the trouble of title problems or no inventory that I am looking for. Too many negative reviews. A few are ok but way too many for the same problems.
