We have our Worker's Comp coverage, business insurance as well as a policy on our rental property through Headley Insurance Agency. They are always quick to assist with any questions or problems we have and explain all of the different coverage options that were available. On our business policy in particular, not only did they shop around to get us the best policy for what we need, they advised us on how to bundle coverage so we can get better protection without having to pay for several different policies. I would recommend them to anyone.

*UPDATE 05/10/2022* Bought a new car, called to change vehicles on the policy. Josh looks everything over and goes “I should be able to find you something at a better rate. Give me a while, I’ll send you an email.” He got us more coverage with uninsured motorist and lowered my monthly payment by almost $200. I had him triple check the policy because I could not believe it. We will never do business anywhere else for insurance. I’m only 29 but if my kids or grandkids decide to go any where else I will write them out of my will. *ORIGINAL* Love this place. Josh is a straight shooter who doesn't pull punches on what a true insurance policy should have to protect you. I've got excellent coverage and a great rate thanks to these guys. If any one asks me about insurance I give them the name and let Headley take it from there.

Words can not express how much I appreciate this company. Since the first day I used them for my house insurance I have been impressed. Every interaction is professional and done with personal care. They find you the best rate, the best coverage, and do everything with a smile. I had an issue with a claim. They responded immediately, professionally and treated me like I was family. Got us insurance for our new home purchase, that company "Heritage" cancelled us, for 3 weeks I tried getting this resolved with Headley Ins. with a few hours left before we are being cancelled, Jon Cezar calls me and tells me to try State Farm!!!!!! BEYOND ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED WITH HEADLEY INS.! BEWARE OF THEM!! In response to the owner below, it was not hours before cancellation, that I called. I had been in communication regarding this matter for 3 weeks! Nice try at putting a spin on the timeline of events!! Don't concern yourself any further, another reputable company in Lakeland (not State Farm) took excellent care of us and we paid half of what the quote was from Jon.
