My husband and I spent over$40,000 over the last 5 years with this organization in various destinations. My husband's 30th anniversary ring was over $15000. My husband passed in September 2020 and I decided to see if I could sell it back to them for like 50% or less (not unreasonable). They will not consider anything other than an upgrade or store credit. It's this jewelry really worth what they say it is????? I wonder....

Today we visited this location after hearing they are now located in St. Petersburg, FL. If you have never heard of them just take a cruise with Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Disney, or Norwegian and you will hear all about them. Prior to Covid we had been on multiple cruises and my wife heard about Crown of Light Diamond. For our 15 year anniversary we wanted a special ring for her. She wanted a Crown of Light and this cut is trademark by Diamond International, therefore Zales and other Diamond stores will not have them. Due to the pandemic we have not been able to visit the Caribbean where these stores are located. Once we found out they now have a store locally it was a matter of going to the store and finding the right ring. Hannah the saleswoman and Kirby the manager worked with us from the moment the store opened. While we were on a budget like everyone else, they showed us all the rings within our price range. However the ring my wife fell in love with was almost double the planned budget. They simply gave us options. Never not once was pressured us into buying the more expensive ring. They simply gave us the bottom price and let us decide on what we wanted. We ended up going with the most expensive ring because it was the one she wanted. They did not just close the sale they still educated us on the rings to make sure we would leave happy without buyers remorse. I have never seen my wife so happy and proud of an object. Thank you to the staff and to our saleswoman Hannah and Kirby for spending so much time with us and would totally recommend you visit them if your looking for that special ring...
