Too small no sitting to view ice hockey.... No snack bar...near to improve facilities if they hope to continue having tournaments

Public skating is a short 90 minute window. Highly recommend calling before going to see what’s scheduled during this time as well. We went on a Saturday and there were two birthday parties going on so we had to dodge kids the whole time. The facility is well kept and had friendly staff.

The rink is large, and the ice is good. One drawback is they do not have prior registration for public skating, so on weekends a lot of people come in advance to wait in line, and there is a 60 skaters limit.

Is it possible to borrow goalie gear and just drop in for a little bit of pickup hockey? I don't know if I'm ready to spend hundreds on gear and risk not liking it.

Call the rink or drop by to talk to the manager. There might be some sets of gear available for the purpose. Rinks/clubs get kids gear donated to help defray costs for growing kids and beginners. Also, you might want to try street or deck hockey with little or no gear to get the flavor.

How much is for 7 adults and 1 baby

For public skating it is 7$ for admission and an additional 3$ if you need to rent skates. If you're just coming to watch it's absolutely free. Don't forget to bring something warm to wear even during the summer months, the ice is still cold
