I had a very good experience there today. A very friendly attendant named Marlin was helpful and knowledgeable and had me in and out very quickly. When you pull up to the drop off there are very clear signs posted on the steps for dropping your items off. Simple things like wait your turn and stop here and turn your engine off. Follow the signs and everything should go smoothly. Thanks Marlin!
