The office has a 3 minute rule and I arrived at 1006 from Englewood for my 1000 appointment and they refused to see me. It was a follow up appointment for my back surgery. REALLY!!!!

Dr. Glasser changed my life! I had surgery with him at SMH and it was such a great experience. He and his surgical team made me feel so comfortable and answered every question I had, big or small. Post operative care was phenomenal. He was checking on me by 7am the next morning following surgery (I had an overnight stay in the hospital).

Didn’t even get a chance to see Dr. Glasser but his physicians assistant came into the room and said Dr. Glasser and him looked at my mri and told me everything my other doctor told me was completely wrong, and I shouldn’t have pain at my age (27). I’ve had pain in my neck/shoulder since I was 12! Something is wrong. He was rude and clearly didn’t want to give me the time of day.

I would call the office and ask that question. I had back surgery performed by Dr Glasser 7 weeks ago and am feeling great. My incision is only an inch long. I highly recommend him.
