Been standing in the "party check in" line for about 15 minutes now. No one even acknowledging me. Now I'm to the point I'm just going to see how long it'll take for service.

So good for the children! They have plenty of employees making sure the children are safe. So much for them to do.

Horrible experience. Had my best friends daughters 1st birthday here. No issues taking her moms money but there was issue with us jumping and trying to help a 1 year old not get knocked over. It was explained before purchasing the birthday package that this party was for a 1 year old. No one felt the need to mention how impossible it would be to even Jump with her let alone help her. Pizza was supposed to come with the birthday package. Pizza didn’t arrive I til the party was over. The so called “manager” had nothing to say just starred at us as we all were upset with the experience. He told us nothing he can do the party was already paid for. Never again will we return.

Don't remember about any age restriction. Best to go early in the evening. Any later bigger kids show up. But have fun 😁
When go in there will be computers to your right. You complete waiver application on computer than go on line to obtain wristband.
$20 per person plus tax for 3 hours. However, they have a fantastic membership deal with a $20 set up fee and only $10 per month for unlimited visits.
$10 membership plus $10 activation fee. It's only $10 a month for 2 hours a day and you can bring someone for $3 extra . Must bring grip socks or buy their socks for $3
You can read about the lengths we go to ensure our jumpers are safe here: https://altitudesanford.com/C3/ but also encourage everyone at the park to help us do so by washing their hands regularly, distancing, and wearing a mask when necessary.
Not any planned right now.

Yes they do. They sell pizza and drinks. I think they have a slushee machine too.
I believe they have a section for younger kids. I've seen little kids there. If not go to Planet Obstacle in Lake Mary. They definitely have a area for the little ones.
Yes it's their frequent jumper program!
No, parents don't pay if they don't jump. The cost of admission includes the child's socks to go on the mats.
Its busy usually several birthday parties. But you can still enjoy yourself and the family can have a great time

No but they do sell drinks inside
We have 10-person party packages and she would be included in that. Please call park and ask for a party specialist who will help you. :)
