This is a beautiful, cozy, and elegant venue. It's got a wonderful lake view. Service and waitresses were attentive and professional. I highly recommend, and the event had paellas by ¡QUÉ PAELLA!.

Yes it is. Anyone can rent the facility and if you wish to bring a pet, it is up to the person renting the venue.

No, it does not
It depends on how big you want your dance floor. We did a Christmas party for 220, with a small dance floor. A lot of outdoor seating as well. I say 150 to 175 comfortably.
