Some of the staff are surprisingly helpful. I needed a replacement for my community mailbox and they were faster than I expected in getting it replaced. Not only that, but they actually delivered the key to my house when I thought I would have to pick it up. I definitely would not mind dealing with them in the future.

Lobby is supposed to open at 6:30 so we can get to our PO Boxes. It's currently 9a and the front doors are locked.

The post offices in this area are really a joke, usually get the address wrong and I have had my packages tampered with. There are times when there is clearly doubly tape like they had opened it looking for something and closed it back up. I really do not feel safe with this local post office and I feel as though my privacy are at breach whenever I need to use USPS as the shipping carrier these days. Really sad as it was my go to favorite option for shipping back in raleigh

You need to request a mail hold as well as a forward
Because if everyone had the number, the phone would never stop ringing. They would have to hire someone just to answer the phone. 😳
They could have mistakenly delivered it to the wrong address
There's always someone at the beginning 9.30 and the end 6.00
The only reasons should this happen is : insecure location, signature required or Animal Interference ( mostly Dogs) Call local post office and speak with someone in management.
I have no idea I don't work for the Post Office I'm a recipient of the post office as well and our post office just sucks
