Shawn in Lewisville, TX, is AMAZING!!! Recently, my USAA loan was transferred to Mr. Cooper. I did not think much of it at first, but when I tried to make a principal only payment, I was met with so much difficulty. It took me four phone calls before i finally got hold of Shawn, and she actually got the problem FIXED!! I am hoping that the next time I make a principal payment, I won't have this same issue, but I am very thankful for Shawn helping me out.

Stay far away!! Been dealing with payoff issues on the house we sold weeks ago. They keep changing the payoff after the fact. First was short $1500 then $30 then $6k now its $1k because it went into foreclosure after the sale. Some serious incompetence!

They Lost almost $6000 in escrow funds denied they had them after several closed with no answer lost money inquires they found they money that was 7 months of weekly calls then the funds took over a month to get into our account. Then they said the sent us a check for $8000 after they did and escrow adjustment its been a month now and no check. worst mortgage company around we have had friends with total losses have to deal with them they are border line thieves I wish they were not our servicer.

Scam company I was told I only qualified for forevarence if I was current so I made that payment and begun 18months assistance then told I had balloon payment due or foreclosure. They said I was not current when I began forevarence therefore I did not qualify to extend my loan 18 months

Thank you Melvin bringing this to our attention. I'll have a talk with the devs and let them know about your concern. Do be aware that late nights doing weekends are typically maintenance windows for nearly any company and at the time one may not have been able to access the site because of a planned maintenance. I understand that we would all like to be able to use a service at anytime it should be available. Mr.Cooper shall have this resolved as soon as possible.
