I just paid off my truck with First Texas Auto Credit as well. Megan was my account manager too. I agree she's awesome! When I paid it off on 7/9/20, I dealt with Maria Alvarez. She was extremely helpful and excellent as well. I would gladly go back through them if I needed too.

Be careful. FTAC will lie to you and telling you they want to work with you, then show up like theives in the night and repo your vehicle
Normally its included in the paperwork on purchase. If not they would have no problem giving you the info if you ask.
No. And be very careful. They are shady operators who will promise to work with you and then come take your vehicle like thieves in the night.
Good luck and be careful. They can be very sneaky and deceptive if you get just a little behind. Lied to us about being willing to work with us and repo'd the car on a holiday weekend when they knew we would not be able to reach them.
