Ameritint did a high performance glass replacement throughout my whole home in Grapevine TX and it looks great. Save me a bunch of money over the quotes for new vinyl windows and on my AC bill. I would recommend Kurt Howell and his team to anyone!

In most replacement window cases, the installation will occur in the interior of your home. But there is no need to worry, our window installers take every precaution to make sure we leave your home just the way that we found it. In some odd cases, however, the installation will happen on the exterior of the house.
Automotive films are dyed, metal alloys or a combination of the two. All products with dye will turn purple after time. This is a natural process of fading of the dyes. We do not apply automotive films to homes or offices. Films that are used for residential and commercial applications consist of metal alloys and ceramics. Metal alloys and ceramics are more color stable and do not turn colors after time.
You can start by taking away anything that is blocking access to the window. This includes curtains, blinds, and nearby furniture. Just to be safe, you can also take off anything on the walls that might fall during the process. Making a clear path to the window will allow for the installation to go by much quicker.
A true replacement window is a window that’s custom-built to fit within the opening of an existing window. It’s built to fit precisely and can be installed without disturbing the interior and exterior areas around the window.
Yes, it is. Older windows benefit the most from tinting as they do not have a low-emissivity (Low-E) coating that comes standard with newer windows. By tinting older windows, you will increase your home's energy efficiency by keeping heat out during the warmer months and retaining more heat in during colder months.
