Horrible customer service! can't get in touch with a live person. when you email they are slow to respond and NOT helpful! just give me a copy of my taxes. you have it, why tell me to go through the county's process? LAZY Look at the responses these bad reviews get "we take it seriously and will look into it" has anyone had any follow up? seen any improvement after? I doubt it
