The start to our adventure here at Chili’s was quite bumpy. The host’s didn’t know what was going on and was not communicating with any of us just standing waiting to be help. Once we were seated, our waitress was very nice and our food came out fast and hot. Overall the food and service was good but the environment seemed chaotic and dirty.

Had a horrible experience the other day when I ordered online for 4:30pm, they took my money and I showed up to pick it up (mind you I live 30 minutes away) and the doors were unlocked but no one was there. All the lights were out and I called out hello to see if someone was in the back or something and no one answered. Then I tried door dashing an order a few days later to see if that would work better and they declined my order. This is why no one wants to eat at any restaurant in Sandusky because every restaurant is like this.

Usually when we come here, it's excellent. I'm not sure what changed, but today the service was exceptionally slow. As a party of 2, we waited 45 minutes to be seated. People kept coming out, but no one was being seated. Several people turned around and went somewhere else. Once seated, another 10 minutes or so passed, and we were finally able to order. Food and drinks were excellent, fortunately. Though my shrimp tacos were cold.

We love going to chilis ! The food is amazing and the service usually is always great. It took us and hour and 40 minutes for us to get or food. The restaurant was not that busy. We have been there many many times and have never had it take as long as it did that night. We had to take it to go.
