This is one of the larger Fred Meyers in the area, that I am aware of. They have a section upstairs devoted to clothing and footwear, as well as an electronics department with an array of TV's, laptops and headphones. The reason I am giving them a 3 star review is their service, product availability, and organization... The staff has been less than helpful much of the time, they are frequently out of a variety of products (I get that things are popular but the rate this store is out of things is excessive,) and the store is constantly being rearranged. I know my last annoyance is trivia to some, but others might find it helpful to know that it isn't logically organized or seemingly in a state of upheaval. I'm autistic, I panic when things aren't where I remember them being and it causes me to spend way more time looking for the thing I needed (which is why they do that... If that sounds crazy, think about it this way - it's the same goal behind the way casinos are built; get you to spend more money by causing you spend time walking around.)
