This Dunkin' is on the corner of Pearl and York Rd in Parma/Parma Hts (depends on who you ask) lol. KUDOS to Sophie for providing a 5-star experience!!!!! She greeted me with such enthusiasm that I almost went back out the door to hear it all over again!! Sophie was friendly, professional, courteous...I could go on and on; but, instead I encourage you to 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🛴🚘 there asap.

Dunkin’ Donuts on York road, Parma hts. loose a lot of points lately, I used to love coming here, but ever time I order coffee from them lately the coffee would be super cold, I order a small hot dark roast coffee and it’s always cold, I would have to stop at a gas station to use they’re microwave to heat it up, I don’t know Dunkin y’all gotta do better, your definitely loosing a customer.

Crew at this location including the manager is beyond rude. Myself and my coworkers are located right across the street and put in an order almost everyday, very loyal customers. My co worker went to order for us yesterday morning and was screamed at by whom ever was running the window and told her she isn’t allowed to come through the drivethru anymore and when my manager reached out and asked to speak with there manager she was very unprofessional and rude providing no apology or alternative to make both parties happy. Very disappointed in the over all service we continue to receive. My manager went as far as calling the Consumer care number and spoke to someone and was hung up on twice after explaining the problem. We all will no longer be supporters of Dunkin.
