*long review ahead* Really disappointed to write this review but Sassy is just not the salon that it used to be. I had an appointment booked online for days prior to coming in. Once I got to the salon I waited an hour to be sat in a chair. While I was waiting Denise, continued to accept walk-in appointments. Additionally, I have noticed that I’ve been charged additional for any nail shape that is not square. Somehow a full set with a simple design on each ring finger come out to $60 when it is listed as $35 in their pricing. While getting my nails done, another customer walked out without completing her service. She had been waiting for polish on a pedicure that was already done for 20 minutes. I’ve also noticed that Denise seems to be the only tech that can accommodate the requests for nail art and when other techs do the art it comes out nothing like what was asked for. Truthfully, I’ve noticed many techs leaving Sassy to work for other salons. It seems like they haven’t changed their appointment scheduling to account for the loss in staff and are unable to keep up with their own schedules. Overall, I definitely not suggest coming to Sassy anymore.
