I followed the instructions to return my rental only to find myself in a abandoned werehouse. After calling support, I was informed I had to go to christianburg to return the car. This was extremely upsetting since the website clearly stated that the dropoff location was blacksburg airport. The representative at christianburg was extremely polite and nice. I had no problem there, but I felt cheated. I was planning walking back home, but had to get an uber.Fabio Machado, we would like to look into this further. This place does not exist. It is not a staffed location. They work out of the Christiansburg office and only pickup at the VT airport. So, after arriving at the posted address and calling to learn this location does not exist, I changed my reservation to be picked up at my house the following day. I try to schedule a pickup time but they don't schedule pickups. When I call the next morning to be picked up I'm told they have no more cars. Horrible experience.Thank you for bringing this to our attention Mr. James. We would like to look into this further.
