I voiced my concerns about my visit, Margie reached out promptly and was very helpful from the very beginning. Purchased my daughters dance shoes for her recital, prices were great and I appreciate being heard. Will be back.Hello Cne", I'm sorry for this experience and I will address it with our staff. The normal interaction here would have been, as you said, to say "I'll be with you in a moment". They should have also asked (if they weren't sure), who was there first. As you can see by our 4.9 Star average, we usually do a really good job of customer service. It really doesn't excuse what happen with you today. I know we have been somewhat short-staffed since the pandemic, but will not let that become an excuse either. While I relish in receiving 5 Star reviews, it hurts me to my soul to get anything less than 4 Stars and I take those very seriously. Besides my pride in developing a business over 30 years that the Columbus dance community can depend on, I know that it takes over 150 of the 5 Star ratings to make up for one 2 Star rating. I would like the opportunity to make it up to you. I am sorry and we will try to better. I'm very thankful that you also had a good experience with one of our staff, but disappointed that that didn't make up for your first impression.
