This is a review for the photo department specifically. It’s simply awful. They never can find orders you place and claim you have to return the next day and try again. I have gone to Walgreens and other places and never dealt with such incompetence. I have placed photo orders online, they say they are ready for pickup, then when I go there the people working there claim they can’t find it. This isn’t an isolated incident, it happened several times. Instead of checking again later, how about I just take my business elsewhere?

CVS CARE PASS SCAM I bought toothache medicine at CVS. Then I started getting billed $5.48 per month for something called "CAREPASS". I followed CVS instructions to cancel it - calling a 1 800 number. I was informed that I don't have a CAREPASS account. But then why am I being charged $5.48 monthly? So I went to the CVS ask for help. I was told they don't have records for CAREPASS, that I would have to call the same 1 800 number. Finally I had to contact my credit card and have them deal with this. Seems like a scam to me.

call to check up on prescription status. It's an automate system. Took a while to connected to a real person. But the person who answer the phone is really inpatient and and having hard time understand him. Bad customer service. Will not get my prescription fill here again.
