My daughter took her snuggle bear here to get a 2nd opinion on a cist he had on his butt area. They didn't jump on an operation, they gave him medicine to see if it would get better. We brought him back for a follow up because it was still bleeding. The price they gave us was way less than the previous vet($1690.) They were awesome because they gave him pain meds without charging and they only charge for the 1st visit & nothing for the follow up, except the antibiotic but they are extremely reasonable. This pet hospital cares more for their furry patients than they do about money and we are grateful for that. Thank you Bay City. 🙏🏼😘🐶❤

I've gone here for 10+ years and Covid definitely has made the experience less than ideal. As everyone has mentioned, the parking is atrocious and dangerous. I would personally move my practice to a different location at that point so that pet owners can properly be accommodated. I am very livid with what occured today. My cat started vomiting blood this morning and I called at around 9:35 am mentioning this and asked if they were taking patients. I was told the cut off time was at 10. I naturally packed up everything and brought my stressed out kitty and called when I parked at 9:58. The receptionist (Crystal) then said they're not taking any patients at the time and when I mentioned that she told me the cut off was at 10, she said it was subject to change due to how busy they are and that the cut off changed to 9:45. That is honestly the biggest load of bull I've ever heard in my life and I can't believe this is being condoned. I love how friendly and caring the vets here, but I don't care for the way I was given false information by this receptionist (this isn't the first time either). There was no apologetic tone either, just a matter of fact one with some attitude.

Caring and friendly. The Vet know their SUFF.

I love the vets here and the staff is great but, as many have mentioned, the parking is atrocious and downright dangerous. As of today, August 4 2022, they are still in full Covid panic mode. You have to wait in your car until they call you, (in a non-existent parking lot), and you still have to wear face masks. Dropping off and picking up your pet is a disorganized nightmare circus. This isn't a knock on the staff, it's the ownership that has created the havoc.
