HANSEN"S PLUMBING & MECHANICAL / Ventura: received an estimate for plumbing $3500.00- work was done and completed, I checked in with workers as job was in process, all was good. Finished job and receive bill for $1000.00 over estimate. Not a peep during work was it said to me that it was going over estimate. Even when they didn't have to jack hammer my sidewalk (dug hole instead). #hansensplumbing #plumbing

Andy came to replace some pop-up drains in our bathrooms & we were very satisfied with what he did.

Replaced drain port for washing machine. Nick was honest and professional in his evaluation of the job. At first glance, it was unclear how extensive the work required. He explained my options staying he would need to open the wall for information to proceed. Nick work quickly and competently. He did excellent work on the drain. He was courteous! Also, Hansen's will answer their phone when you call.I was able to make an appt immediately. Extremely professional company. Thank You to Hansens and a Big Shout Out to Nick.

Questions & Answers

What causes my home to have low water pressure?

If you are experiencing low water pressure there are multiple things that could be causing the issue. This issue is usually tied to failed pressure regulator, clogging of water pipes due to sediment build up from the hardness of the water, or from sediment build-up in the faucet heads themselves. Feel free to call us anytime for a free consultation!

How often should I have my drains checked for maintenance?

Proper drain maintenance is performed every 6 months. All drains suffer from buildup of debris/sediment from everyday use. Shower and tub drains suffer from body hair build up, soap build-up, and sediment build up from washing the days “filth” off. Kitchen drains are greatly affected by grease build up from food deposits which can/will create a “wall” of build-up. We would love to help if you have any other questions.
