SHE DIDN'T FULFILL OR DELIVER MY WEDDING CENTERPIECES!!! This is a terrible business! We had our wedding at the Crowne Plaza and this is their vendor. Last August we met with the owner to pick out flowers. The wedding came with centerpieces for the reception. The owner was first nice, and we went over the centerpiece order. After we went over the order for the centerpieces we talked about the other flowers. The owner came up with an additional $1,500 in flowers for the wedding party and the arch. That was way out of our budget for flowers, so we politely declined. I Mentioned I wanted silk flowers for the arch for a few reasons, and she said it would look bad. She became very pushy and rude to us until we left. I realized the day of the wedding that this was the only vendor I had not heard back from, so I called and left a message. The owner never bothered to call back. This morning I received an email from the hotel stating, "I did speak with the florist and when she met with you last August you had mentioned that you did not want to use her, I am not sure if you had called after that point and I am so sorry for the centerpieces". I am at a loss for words. The centerpiece were included in part of the cost of the wedding, we ordered them, and paid for them. Why would I cancel, that makes no sense. The owner seems to be upset that we used a different florist for the rest of the wedding flowers. When we met last August, after she tried to push $1,500 in flowers we stated that we were just going to get the centerpieces. I never said I wasn't going to use her at all. It takes a pretty low and vindictive person to do this to someone on their wedding day. I decorated the tables with some beautiful shells, sand dollars and starfish, leaving a spot in the middle for the flowers. My guests didn't really notice because they didn't know, but I did. I spent a year and a half planning my wedding. I know things go wrong, but this shouldn't have been one of them. I shouldn't have cried at my reception over flowers. I saw gaps on everyone of my tables and I was crushed. It was an emotional day and we worked so hard to make it perfect for us. I've read other reviews that look like the owner is pushy and tries to upswell more that what the buyer wants. Don't use this florists.

Michelle at Passion Flowers was amazing to work with from start to finish. She is professional, quick to respond, and easy going every step of the way. She provided us many suggestions based on notes we gave (wedding colors, etc.) and took it into her own hands which is what I requested! We arrived on wedding day and everything looked gorgeous! From the centerpieces, to the bud jars w/ eucalyptus running down the farm tables, the bouquets & boutonnieres, and arch flowers which we later used at the sweetheart table, it was all so beautiful. I would definitely work with Michelle again!
