I love Nail 1 I've been going there for so long and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Tom, Kim and Vince are so wonderful. If I break a nail they fix it no charge. Vince is so thorough and gentle, he's my technician that I go to all the time.

TERRIBLE...WORST MANI/PEDI EVER! Staff is not friendly or helpful either. I had an appt and waited 30 minutes. Tech rushed my pedicure and didn't even use lotion. My nails we rough and jagged. Manicure was horrible...nails were not filed properly either and looked like 5 year old painted them. When they removed the polish at my request it looked like I was digging in dirt. The owner decided to 'fix' that by using the drill on my natural nails which left drill marks and told me I was done! My nails look worse after having a manicure than they did before.

I have had awesome experiences at Nails 1. All the techs are great, but I have been going David. He has done an amazing job on my nails and we have had great conversations! I will not be going anywhere else!

I had just broken my nail, with a large crack going into my nail bed, so I found this place online and thought “why not?”. I’m honestly so happy to have found this place. They had a fair amount of customers but someone came up to me right away and was willing to fix it on the spot! It’s perfect; I can’t tell feel any difference. Needless to say this will be my new nail salon. I can’t wait to come back, thank you Nails One!
