ENVY ll HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY TAKE THEIR FRIENDS OR FAVORITE customer FIRST OR who spends more $$! I HAVE spent way over a hundred dollars or more in one day No MORE!! I WENT in Yesterday Afternoon May 26 2022 to get 2 nails fixed! I GUESS MY TWO NAILS TO BE FIXED WASN'T ENOUGH MONEY TO BE SPENT...I was the only person waiting until yesterday THEN YEN favorite customer comes in and gets in front of me WHY!! THEN 3 MORE PEOPLE WALK IN!!! My money spends the same way. Then she TOOK two more people who just walked in for pedicures. Am I INVISIBLE!!!... NO I'M BLACK!! I WALKED OUT! AND THEY are WHITE!! I don't care what they wanted DONE!! I should have of been first PERIOD!! I have been coming TO ENVY ll consistently every three weeks for Acrylic nails service and OR PEDICURES. I WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN !! I ALSO WILL be PASSING AROUND HOW people Are TREATED. They DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU...DO NOT GO TO ENVY II !!! They need some ETIQUETTE CLASSES 😡

Every time I stop in at Envy Nails II, they always find away to fit me in. They are quick professional and do a fantastic job at giving me exactly what I ask for. Talented technicians with a warm and friendly environment, best place in Shady Side for a manicure hands down!

I have had consistently good service at this place for about the past 3 years. Typically I get either gel nail polish or regular nail polish. Great staff, quick, professional. Happy to accommodate either appointments or walk-ins. My daughter, who is 7 now, has also received excellent service. They make it very fun for her. Most recently, I got a French manicure for the holidays. I don't get my nails done very often, and I have had many remarks on how nice they look.

I wanted to get my nails done last minute and came here b/c my typical nail place was booked. Had a pretty good experience here! They were really busy the day I came (Friday evening) so I had to wait awhile to get serviced (a little over an hour). I had Jenna and she was really sweet! The design wasn’t exactly what I asked for but was very close to it and I was pleased with it. I would recommend this place!
