4 days after getting a gel manicure the top coat of gel on my thumb nail ripped open and the layers underneath were still sticky/wet. Was able to make it there 2 days later to try to get it fixed. I told them I was there to get a nail fixed, they told me Mia did my nails so she has to fix them, have a seat and she will come get you. I say thanks and sit down. 10 minutes go by and at least 3 customers cash out in this time, without any other customers coming in, so I ask if they know how long I may have to wait. The front desk person looks over and says “it looks like she is curing her customers toes now do you want me to ask how much longer?” I say no it’s okay because I assume if she’s curing her toes it should be any minute now that she finishes up. Well 10 more minutes go by and the front desk woman steps away and comes back to say she asked Mia how much longer and Mia said she’s in the middle of her appointment so she doesn’t know. I said okay well I don’t even know if I want Mia to be the one to fix it why do I have to wait for her? And she said if I didn’t want to wait I could come back in the morning since the next day would be the last day they’d fix their own mistake for free. I said I worked in the morning and could only get in here today and she said well she can’t just leave her appointment to help you and shrugged at me. Now I understand not wanting to make someone else fix another persons mistake, but why would you have your customer wait an unknown amount of time to get 1 fingernail fixed just because the person that screwed up is busy doing someone else’s nails? There were other employees that didn’t have customers that could have got me out of there within the 20 minutes I sat there doing nothing. I’ve never heard of a nail salon where you have to schedule an appointment just to get a nail fixed. $40 for a gel manicure that lasted 4 days. Then to top it off on day 7 my pointer finger chipped.

Very busy nail salon. Unique experience where one can enjoy a glass of wine or a soft drink while getting a manicure or pedicure. You may feel a little rushed as technicians want to service as many customers as they can in a day. Also, keep in mind all services are ala carte. Request the price of services before they start, this way you avoid surprises as you sip that last sweet drop of wine.

They do the best dip manicure and they take the extra step in pedicure. They are extremely clean and personable. I go out of my way to go here

Amy did my 6 year old nieces mani/pedi charged me $50 her gel polish was gone within two days. Went back because I spoke with the owner who told me to come back within a week. Amy took it upon herself to try to explain to me as if I haven’t talked to the manager saying it’s been over a week, she’s very rude and unprofessional with a bad attitude. Prior to this I was getting my nails done but again my gel polish kept coming off. The prices are to expensive for this to keep happening. Maybe you need to try getting a different type of gel polish because I never have experienced my polish coming at any other nail shop.
