I have been here a few times but I always prefer a woman to do my nails, this time I had a man and I was not satisfied at all, only had my nails done a week and 2 are already lifting, they are way to thin for my liking and I told him that. I will not be coming here anymore because of this it ruined my Birthday.

Definitely won’t be back. They overlap appointments and schedule more clients then they have nails techs and just expect you to wait. My nail tech was bothered I didn’t want to do a gel pedicure and only a regular pedicure so she rushed my whole appointment. I have never had a regular pedi that’s only 20 minutes including my soaking time. The woman next to me was taken back for her pedicure 10 minutes prior to me, we both had a regular pedicure yet finished at the same time. They did not line the pedi tub with plastic or wear gloves during the service. They clearly are not very sanitary.

Went in & got my nails done. Did the dip powder. The nails that were done were not worth the $50 they charged me. They are bumpy & uneven. My thumb nails aren't done right because the fake nail was not wide enough(never ever had this issue anywhere else) and he did nothing to build the side so the nails are even. Some of them are crooked. Then when he was filing the sides after being done with the dip process, he cut my pinky finger, with a nail file!!!! Not even a drill. Who does that. He never pushed the sides of my fingers away from the nail while using the nail file. If I didn't have to work & I would have made him redo them. I could have done way better myself & I've only done the dip system on myself 2 or 3 times. The girl who did my eyebrows was great. And the salon is nice.

They were able to accommodate my walk in appointment. Everyone was very friendly... but the nails aren't great. The french gel looks to be a bit smeared. I got a fill-in only.. however, the old and new doesn't quite match. To be honest though, I got the original set somewhere else, so I guess that's to be expected. Price was $40.
