This place closes down 30 minutes before it's supposed to every single night. Show up in the drive thru at 9:50 p.m. Thought I had made it just in time.. NOPE, I was told they closed at 9:45 p.m. and if I want food I need to order before 9:30 p.m. or they close down the kitchen... Are we to that point now that employees are under so much pressure and stress that they close early to get back at corporate?!

Was tended at the drive thru on Feb 1 @ 10am by Edgar. This guy is on his customer service game. Offered me some deals and accurately took my order. Asked me how my day is going and was an overall pleasure to receive service from. I look forward to returning and dealing with more people like him whom are happy to help and be their for their customers. Thank you Edgar! Hope you have a good day.

This particular store is anti-customer. I was recently in a car line for dinner and just as I was ready to place my order at the window, the staff advised me that they close at 9:00 pm on the dot and refused to take any orders no matter how long I've been in line. On my next trip to the store, as a pedestrian, the store was locked up at 5:00 pm and they refused to take any walk-in orders and refused to serve me as a pedestrian in the auto line. Carl's Jr.'s attitude to customers is "F--k you, we'll serve you if we damn well please." Classic.
