Went to the drive through 15 minutes before they closed and was told they were already closed. I would never go to a sit-down restaurant 15 minutes before closing but a drive through should be open during the posted hours. I've been once before, and it was exactly what I expected for a fast food joint, so I'll give 3 stars for mixed experiences.

Good food. Was feeling like I was going to get robbed there. No bathroom to wash my hands before eating. Tea is only available as unsweetened. They're doing what they can considering the area and inflation. Decent employees.

I was completely refused service. The Del Taco website and app states inside service is available until midnight (I'll add a picture when the restaurant is open again tomorrow). Which meant to me that the dining area was closed but could still order for pick-up. However, the worker stated that they close at 6PM and only take drive-thru and mobile delivery orders. That doesn't make sense because 1) while I was waiting 30 minutes for the worker to speak with me, 7 other potential customers also were not able to order which is about $100 loss - multiply that by 2 for one hour then by 6 for the time half the restaurant is closed for a total loss of $1,200 ‐ and 2) mobile delivery drivers are allowed to walk up to the pick-up window to get their order. If someone can't pay for a order they want to place then they get no food - simple. Also, the worker was rude in the manner she spoke to me and to other customers plus when I asked for her name she stated that I didn't need to know her name. Who does that!? If I did that at my job, I would have a counseling session with my CFO and Human Resources. My mom owns her own business and if someone had that kind of attitude, they wouldn't work there anymore. Bottom line is people are seeing that the restaurant is open until midnight and, in most cases with being a low income area, walking to the restaurant just to be refused service and, like earlier tonight, treated rudely. The restaurant needs to clearly show on the website and app their half closure policy after 6PM or honor pick-up ordering and give their employees a name tag and customer service skills training. I would appreciate a response.

I came here to get me and my teenage son a burrito. So I ordered (2) EPIC Avacado Burritos. They sure were epic. First off there was NO Avacado on this burrito. Half the burrito was french fries, and the "Asada" ... There was NADA. The meat was way to salty and I paid $15.00 - CASH for my burritos and over half of mine is going in the trash. Next time I'll run for the border.
