Disappointed in this location, spent $1000 in store over the weekend, finding someone to help us was like we were bothering them. Only to get home and find they gave us TWO returned items. See below photos of how one of our drawer towers looked out of box. Accessories in a zip lock and clearly damaged. We paid full price for everything. Next time just order online it’s not worth the hassle and a perfect example of why brick and mortar is obsolete. They don’t even try.

1) Because of the Bergen County blue laws which restrict retail activity on Sunday. 2) Actually, it's kind of awesome because (a) employees know they'll get at least one day off a week (b) it makes life in the area a little nicer.
Masks and social distancing is required, and plexiglass at checkout.
