I had already left a glowing review about 2 years back. There were two youngish guys who were very helpful. I went in today with my boyfriend who was looking for work boots This time there's this old couple, maybe the owners? Extremely unhelpful. Also, all the white people who came in after us are greeted nicely. The woman spoke to me but not my boyfriend, who is black. Hmmm. The boy friend is a very friendly guy but he gets an icy reception. He asks the lady about the (wildly over priced) inserts. From across the room (the size of a bed room) she points, "they're over there" she says. Really? Standing there leaning up against the counter looking like she's bored.....you couldn't come over and ask what he was looking for? Besides that bit of not-so-hidden racism this location is not worth the trip. Go someplace else.

The red wings boots are the best , but in this store the person who attended me was very rude, he never greeted me or even acknowledged me at all. I was looking for some boots and had to call him for help after been in there for like 15 already. I do hope this place improves in their customer service but for me I am not going back to this store.
