Clean the bathrooms please. Restock toilet paper. Wipe down and disinfect sink counters. Even if Covid wasn’t a thing it’s still something that you should be doing hourly.

Special shoutout to Angelica, Milan, Mable and Steven for being good hearted people, polite and super professional. (especially Angelica gets big kudos, even with our big age gap.) You guys are the best! Trainers there only get 2 stars. Why? Even I was in the gym 3 times a week they would not say hello or anything. Best wishes to everyone! :)

I recently joined Retro Fitness at my son's suggestion. I was a bit apprehensive being older and having more to work on in order to achieve my personal goals. I have to say I am pleased I did so. Lex, a personal trainer there has helped me set goals that don't feel overwhelming. I am looking forward to a healthier and more confident me! 🤗

I love my gym! The staff at the front desk are friendly and the place is well kept.I also love that there are a lot of machines and are always working. I would definitely recommend Retro Fitness!
