Anthony has to be the friendliest butcher! The only thing the surpasses his friendliness are his steaks! Every bite of the filet I had tonight was immensely tender and beefy! The ribeye my husband had was beautifully marbled and fell tenderly from the spinalis! Prime indeed! Thank you, Anthony!

Im used to grilling burgers that shrink in half so I was pleasantly surprised to see yours maintain their size! Soft and moist too. The peter luger marinaded meet was amazing too almost ate all of it myself. Thumans dogs are the best, was happy to see you had them.
