Got here 5 minutes ago at 9.56 and got yelled at by black man that they are closed and wouldn't sell me a gallon of water even though they are supposed to be open till 10

Unbelievably terrible customer service at this Rite Aid store. On Monday, May 23, I went back to my local rite air store (Store 06711, at 13460 Highlands Place) to return a neck massager. I mentioned to the cashier that unlike what the picture on the box presented, the device was not battery operated and it required a power wire at all times. I did not have my receipt with me so I offered the receipt from my credit card that I had used to purchase. A guy with a name tag of “Scott” walks up and says I’m sorry but without the receipt, I can only give you 50% of your money! I reasoned that I am a regular customer and they ask for my phone number every time so they can look me up and find the receipt, right? He says I’m sorry that is our corporate policy not to do that! I asked if he was the store manager which he said he was, and so I asked for his business card or contact information to complain to their corporate office. He said he did not have any. I asked for his last name and he said he did not have a last name either and refunded 50% of the item price. Even when then, their system asked for my phone number and recognized my number with a welcome message!! I decided to post my experience here as a courtesy to other patrons of Ride aid and to raise awareness at the corporate level. Ride-aid should be embarrassed to have such managers represent the company.

Forgot receipt? Despite paying with credit card and entering membership rewards - they won’t even attempt to lookup your purchasing history. You get refunded 50% of the price of the item. Save your receipts or don’t waste your time entering your phone number that benefits corporate collecting data on your purchasing history with no reciprocity or benefit for its customers.

I am writing this review because I really appreciate the customer service at my home Rite Aid. I recently moved to this location with my girlfriend and we have both relied on our local Rite Aid to get our odds and ends while we put our home together, so it feels good to go to a beautiful store, always clean, with friendly staff; every thing is in stock, even if it may have been sold off the shelf, I always got help at my favorite Rite Aid. Christina would search the store front and back for what I need and even assists with getting it ordered so I don’t have the stress of running around. I s wanted to thank Christina the Supervisor on behalf of myself and my girlfriend. There have been a few times I needed to purchase items that are very sensitive in nature, however Christina has always been understanding, supportive and very sensitive when helping me find my items and even at the check out - she personally assists me. (I want to also state that I am a disabled veteran) - shopping can be difficult at times due to the nature of my disability, and without a flinch, Christina has always been there for me and to help my family. Christina is friendly to me and all the customers in the store, I have never had a better experience at any other Rite Aid. I just want to state that Christina really does set the standard of above and beyond customer service, she is the reason why I keep coming back. Thank you Christina!

Hi Libe- Rite Aid is currently accepting walk-in appointments for a third dose of Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines for immunocompromised individuals. We are working on being able to offer it to the general public soon. Please keep an eye out for updates!
