The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to avoid them at all cost.

Don’t usually make reviews but because this is dealing with mental health and medication I find it important to share that this pharmacy is so unprofessional. Extremely judgmental regarding my adhd medication; they look at me and treat me as if I had a drug addiction. Multiple times they refused to give me my medication and I’ve had to call my psychiatrist so that she can call them to confirm my prescription?? She’s the one filling the prescription!? It makes no sense that she has to call to confirm. Often times when I go they don’t have my medication in stock or they’re too busy so each time I’ve tried to get my prescription I’ve had to go back the following week to pick up, leaving me without any medication on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, my psychiatrist accidentally sent my refill here instead of my new pharmacy and when I called them to transfer it they refused, even when CVS pharmacy called to request a transfer they told them no as well. So now I’ll have to call my psychiatrist and have her fill a brand new prescription because they’re not allowing me access to my medication. Did I mention they also always have an attitude 😭😭😭

What a great experience with the pharmacy phone call today. Needed help since my regular pharmacy has stopped returning calls about refills or anything for that matter. We called the doctor to have a refill sent to Walgreens in North Park and just called to make sure they had the correct insurance. Not only did they, the prescriptions are ready to pick up already. No time at all! GREAT JOB!!!

Pharmacist was extremely rude. She did not care to help or offer suggestions after she refused to fill my prescription based on what seemed to be her own choice. I asked if this was walgreens policy or the law. she said its the law even. after talking with my doctor, who verified that pharmacies have their own policies and can refuse for specific reasons. i asked if it was walgreens policy, she said it was the law. so i switched pharmacies and it was no problem. DO NOT GO HERE
