Mason at the Rite Aid pharmacy on Kettner is FANTASTIC. I really appreciate his kindness, efficiency, and awareness. He has been the lead at this pharmacy for a while now and is extremely thoughtful as a provider. He pays attention to client needs, makes sure he's tracking client records, and provides great "bed-side" manner when working with customers/patients. For example, today I went in to pick up my prescription and because he thoroughly read my chart, he offered me my Tetanus booster and to send my updated record directly to my PCP. Now I don't have to wait months to get in to see my doctor. 5 Stars Mason and way to go Kettner Rite Aid! You guys are an AWESOME team. Oh yeah, also, during the height of pandemic vaccination times a few months ago, this team rocked. They were so good to each other too. As I was waiting, one member of the team came in with food for their group because they were all working so hard and had very little time to take breaks. Really love how you all take care of each other and your patients Team Rite Aid Pharm. Thank you for all you do and please know how much value you bring to your Little Italy community!

Great pharmacy and amazing staff! I been coming to Rite Aid for the past five years! The employees are very caring especially Carmen she been extremely helpful and always takes an extra step to help and goes above and beyond to assist with care and smile! Highly recommended

I lost my luggage on my trip to San Diego from Minneapolis. I showed up at the store at 7am to pick up supplies because I had a tennis match at Noon. Thank goodness for the early hours! More importantly, I lost track of my receipt that day and Lupe tracked it down a month later and mailed it to me. That's the only way the airline would reimburse me for my expenses. In an era of self-service phone and online customer service, I can't say enough about the personal attention I received today at this location. Four star service!

On the East Coast of the U.S., when you hear the name RiteAid, you think of CVS or Walgreens. Walgreens acquired the RiteAids in Virginia. So when I went to Rite-Aid for over-the-counter sleep aids like Unisom or Simply-Sleep, I was stunned to find, this isn't a RiteAid at all. This misnamed pharmacy did not have any version of OTC sleep-aids containing Diphenhyramine HCl. This store has the name of Rite-Aid but it's merely a carcass of an actual commercial pharmacy. Even more disturbing was the lack of available drinks, unless a couple flavors of Gatorade or Coke are your idea of a wide selection. I may have a minor Southern accent and quick to speak, but the people operating the checkout don't speak any version of American except for the TV dialect. Don't fret, they speak other languages fine like Spanish and Portuguese. The chick behind the counter rolled her eyes at me and looked to her colleague as if to say "what the heck is he saying?" It's no fun being in country where the people speak less English than Germany or Thailand. I recommend finding a CVS if you're looking for something that doesn't fall in the category of analgesics.
