HORRIBLE. The employees at the front desk of the optical center never pick up the phones when you call. They flat out ignore the calls. I’ve tried for hours before. Don’t recommend.

I really loved my experience..... The fitter for my contacts lens really genuinely care about my sight and my stigmatism. He made sure that I was comfortable and I can call if any problems may arise.

I have always been impressed by the quality of the frames, personnel and service. Seldom have to wait. If there is a problem with the frames, lenses or fit, it has always been resolved to my satisfaction.

I had great service and went in during the peak after X-mas - New Years week. All contacts were nice, and got me set up and out the door feeling better than when I had went in.
