Big skating ring! Good staff, geeat maintenance and safety. One thing they should add or rent is the skating supports for kids.

Iconic skating rink in Bear Mt State Park. Great views and skate staff. Unique, fresh air , music and a fire place to warm. Children, adults make memories here. Dave "the dog" chief skate guard keeps it all in check. A Hudson Valley legend, rumors have it he skated with George Washington on Hessian lake during the American revolution in a British vs Colonists hockey game.

Better than I expected. Rental was organized and quick... only downside (no fault of theirs) was the crowd. For a 10AM session I wouldn't have expected anywhere near that number of people on the ice. Could've dealt with half that crowd.

According to the website it doesn't say they are closed. So it should be open regular Friday night hours 8:00-9:30 PM
Yes, hours are same as past years sessions 10-11:30, 12-1:30. And so on. 5 dollars per person and 5 dollars to rent skates.

When you park in one lot you can drive to another lot, show your parking ticket and you do not pay again for parking.
