I have never had such a terrible experience in a patient care/ professional setting as I did this evening. I am filing a formal complaint and due to the actions of the supervisor of this facility, Vanya Roberts, & so is one of the current employees that were present during my visit. Vanya yelled at me, threatened my job- which I was there to do a pre employment drug screen, told me multiple times her staff didn’t want to wait for me, and demeaned me. This was the worst experience and I feel horrible for her co-workers having to work under her and I am sure I’m not the only patient she’s treated this way. Update* PH called me first thing this morning and they are taking care of the situation. Happy they are taking this seriously.

Sat in my car for 2 hours waiting to get my sister covid tested. Called multiple times to check and they say we are next. Then the person who just entered the parking lot gets done. They didn't even have her in the list last time we called. Ridiculous (update august 2022): was denied for a COVID test because I had symptoms.. isn't that against the Hippocratic oath?

All 3 of my kids see pediatricians here since their last pediatrician in her small 1 doc office retired. I was hesitant to go to a large chain. I expected it to be inpersonal and in other large offices I'd rarely ever see the same doc. That hasnt been the case at all at primary health, we used to see Dr. Battaglia who was really great and felt very present and caring. Now we're seeing Dr. Chan who has also been great! We almost always have the same nurse, shes the best, always happy, fun and makes my kids comfortable, cant remember her name but shes like 5ft, dark hair and eyes, glasses I think. Having walk-in urgent care at the office where your doc is has also been a huge plus of a larger clinic, so much easier than having 2 separate offices trying to communicate. Definitely recommend.
