My visually impaired friend and I went to CVS tonight. We got our items and went to check out. The one working self checkout only accepted cards. So we went to the regular checkout and the employee Jamie was coming towards us. My friend was unable to see her so they rang the bell. Jamie said “Are you for real i’m right here”. My friend then went on to explain their eyesight issue and no apology was given, only attitude. We do not appreciate Jamie’s attitude.

The worst pharmacy i ever had. They charged me full price without telling me. I called my insurance, they told me i was charged full price. the real price is only little bit more than 10% i paid. I went back to CVS, they gave me money back but no one even say sorry.

I did shopping there today the man at the checkout kept asking me questions because I work for Uber eats and I told him I'm sorry I can't hear you I wear hearing aids and he gets frustrated with me and says never mind not very good not very good business I have a disability treated me rudely and wrongly

I have been a CVS customer for over 30 years for my prescriptions. I go on my lunch break to get my prescriptions and they are closed for lunch. Your RETAIL!!! This will be the last time I ever walk into a CVS!
