My wife and I ate here for the first time Friday night with another couple. The place was packed, I don't see what it's so great about the place. My wife and I salad was only fair the dressing was tasteless. I had pork chop calabresi, the pork chop was excellent but it was covered in a sauce that was so sweet that took away from the pork chop. I need another waiter when they're that busy service is very slow

What a wonderful evening. We were promptly greeted by Dominic when we arrived and seated shortly, even with a full house. Bread and water was immediately placed at our table and our waiter explained additional specials for the evening. My wife had the homemade sausage and cannelloni beans appetizer while I had a perfectly dressed Ceasar salad. We had the Pollo Michelangelo and Zuppa di Mare entrees. Both were delicious and more than amply portioned. Double decaf espressos completed our meal as well as a lovely discussion with Dominic about restaurants and Calabria, where we are going in May. We will be back soon with friends to enjoy again this gem in Bedminster.
