I was so ashamed that I had to come here. But they are so nice and welcoming. Dr Lasher is absolutely fantastic! So understanding and no one here will judge you. I walked in crying scared and shaking and left feeling hopeful and optimistic. Other patients in the waiting area also helped me feel better by telling me their success stories. If you want to get better this is the place to go. Im so happy I finally got the courage to walk thru the door.

So the only reason I come here is for Dr. Laser. He is a Saint! Other than that the "rules for counseling " are absolutely ridiculous!! They act like natzis when you miss a session and hold your medication from you until you put in your hour wait time. It's got to be illegal, besides you would think the goal would be to make patients want to come here for the medication assisted treatment not push then away over the hard core counseling stipulations!? I'm like for real frustrated with it already and I have only been back for less than a week. I know from past experience that it in fact doesn't get easier at all...medmark is way more lax

Yes we do!
From beginning to end about an hour and a half. Seriously not bad at all.
I came in on a Tuesday as a walk-in, completed my intake. I met with the Dr and got my first dose in under less than 2 hours. Very organized! When I get my dose at the window it maybe takes 1-2 mins, sometimes even less than that. The longest Iβve ever waited in the past two months is 10 mins and thatβs because people had take homes and really 10 mins was not even bad !
