Called to see if they had a certain product and the pharmacy answered the call first, didn't even say hold on just put me on hold, then another lady answered the phone and told me no they didn't carry what I was looking for and then just hung up. Didn't even give me a chance to that her for looking or anything I know it's close to Christmas but the attitude was uncalled for, sorry it was an inconvenience for me to call.

Overpriced, there was a bad smell in the store, and several food items had past ecperation dates. The staff spent most of the time gossiping about other people and spoke negatively about customers after they left the store out of eat shot. Small town inbred mentality.

You can get on COVID list on our web site. shopbenfranklin.com We can only make appointments after we received the vaccine. Just like everyone. We order every week from the State, but we never now when some will be shipped. Everything is on allocation. Sorry I can not give you an appointment as of now, we are still waiting.
